“Indrakiladri Hill was crowded with devotees during Dussehra celebrations, which ended on Friday (Maharnavami). On Friday, Amma gave darshan in Mahishasuramardini Devi’s Alankaram. The Kanakadurgamma temple earned Rs.84,02,775 in income that day. A total of 4,149 devotees bought Rs.500 tickets, resulting in Rs.20,74,500 in revenue. Additionally, 1,847 people bought Rs.300 tickets, and 4,686 people visited with Rs.5,54, 100 and Rs.100 tickets, generating Rs.46,86,000. The temple also sold 26,584 laddus, resulting in Rs.3,98,760 in revenue, and earned Rs.44,06,600 by selling 6 packs of laddus at Rs.100 each. In total, 2,64,396 brownies were sold.
Furthermore, 18 people bought Rs.3000 tickets for the Indirect Special Kunku Marchan, resulting in Rs.54 thousand in revenue, while seven people bought Rs.4,000 tickets for the Indirect Special Chandihoma, generating Rs.28 thousand. Additionally, two people bought Rs.3,000 tickets for Srichakra Navavaranchan, and the temple earned Rs.6 thousand from these sales. The temple also earned Rs.10,230 through publications, photos, and calendars, Rs.20,545 through other income, and Rs.3,81,440 through 9,536 submissions with Rs.40 tickets.
Konidala Surekha, Mega Star Chiranjeevi’s wife, expressed her wish for Durgamma’s blessings for all the people. She visited Durgamma in Rajarajeshwari Devi Alanka Ram on Indrakiladri, along with her family members. Additionally, actor Prithvi Shani visited Durgamma with his family members.
Moreover, a Nellore businessman named Pankaj Reddy and his wife Sarita presented a gold necklace worth Rs.10 lakh to Kanakadurgamma on Indrakiladri. The necklace was handed over to the temple by Evo Rama Rao.
In another event, a large number of women attended the second day of Narishakti Vijayotsavam held at Babburi Grounds in Punnamighat area. On Vijayadashami, the Krishna shore took on a special splendor with the arrival of women and the display of various art forms. The tribal traditional horn dance entertained the women, and Vinya Salu was impressive in Telangana’s traditional Pothuraj costume.”
