The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has forecasted the formation of another low-pressure system in the Bay of Bengal on Monday. An air cyclonic circulation has formed over the west-central Bay of Bengal, and another circulation has formed over northern Thailand, both of which are expected to lead to the development of a low-pressure system.
As a result, regions including Telangana, Rayalaseema, Coastal Andhra Pradesh, and Yanam are expected to receive light to moderate rainfall for a week. Meteorological department officials have stated that heavy rains are expected in Andhra Pradesh and Yanam on the 23rd (Monday), in Telangana from the 23rd to the 25th, and in Rayalaseema on the 24th and 25th.
According to satellite forecasts, both Telugu states will experience cloudy weather from Sunday afternoon onwards, with light rains expected after 5 pm. Moderate rain is likely to occur in Hyderabad from the evening to the night.
