KCR To Attend Nalgonda Public Meeting Today

Former CM KCR is jumping into the battlefield. KCR, who is gradually recovering from hip replacement surgery… is now ready to come directly to the public. Today (February 13) BRS held a huge public meeting in Nalgonda. This is the first time that KCR is coming directly to the people after the 2023 assembly election results. BRS ranks are eagerly waiting for this meeting. Rose activists lined up at Nalgonda to hear their favorite leader’s speech.

Loss to South Telangana farmers?

This meeting will be held at Marriguda Bypass Road in the center of Nalgonda District . BRS MLAs have organized a large-scale mass gathering for the massive public event to be held on a 50-acre site. This meeting will be held in the name of Rythugarjana from 3 pm to 7 pm. KCR has already called the BRS cadre to take up another public movement to protect Telangana’s rights over irrigation water. BRS says that due to the ill-conceived attitude and perspective of the Telangana Congress government, the right of cultivation water of Telangana farmers in the state, especially in southern Telangana , is in jeopardy.

Another mass movement?

BRS strongly opposes the state government’s decision to hand over the Nagarjuna Sagar and Srisailam irrigation projects to the Krishna River Management Board ( KRMB ). BRS says that due to the decision of the Congress government, there will be shortage of drinking water for the people in Ranga Reddy, Nalgonda, Khammam and Mahabubnagar districts and to withdraw the decision of the Congress to hand over the projects to KRMB, the BRS will take up a public movement under the auspices of the BRS. It is demanding that the Brijesh Kumar Tribunal verdict be finalized within the next six months on Telangana and AP’s share in Krishna waters. BRS also wants the state government to take an all-party delegation to the Centre
