Amaravati: The long and heated election campaign for the historical general election ended across the state on Saturday evening. All the leaders of the major political parties actively participated in meetings across the state.
The AICC leaders campaigned for YS Sharmila attending a public meeting in Kadapa. BJP national president JP Nadda attended a roadshow and meeting at Tirupati along with TDP national general secretary Nara Lokesh.
TDP national president N Chandrababu Naidu took part in a meeting at Nandyala and also in Chittoor. He participated in 90 meetings in 114 constituencies across the State. He will visit Tirumala on Saturday night after the completion of the election campaign. He said that he would sign first on Mega DSC and next on revoking the Land Titling Act after TDP coming to power.

Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan took part in the election campaign along with his family members actor Ramcharan, Allu Aravind and Chiranjeevi’s wife Surekha. Pawan Kalyan campaigned for Kakinada Lok Sabha segment also.
Another interesting development is that YS Vijayamma, mother of Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy announced her support for her daughter YS Sharmila. She released a video in this regard. She requested the followers of YS Rajasekhar Reddy to extend her support to her daughter Sharmila’s candidature in Kadapa Lok Sabha.
Besides, Allu Arjun has surprisingly campaigned for YSR Congress candidate Shilpa Ravichandra Kishore Reddy at Nandyala. As per the reports, he has some relation with his wife and it is a reason for campaigning YSR Congress candiddate.
The family members of Nara Lokesh participated in the election campaign for him at Mangalagiri.
