Harirama Jogaiah advocates for 5 percent reservation for Kapus

Chegondi Harirama Jogaiah, founder of the Kapu Samkshema Sena and former minister, has made a strong case for the implementation of a 5 percent reservation for Kapus in government jobs and educational institutions.

In a letter addressed to deputy chief minister Pawan Kalyan, Jogaiah expressed his optimism that the NDA coalition government in Andhra Pradeshwould focus on both development and welfare.

Jogaiah’s letter also suggested the renaming of Krishna district in honor of Vangaveeti Mohana Ranga, a prominent leader.

He highlighted the importance of Pawan Kalyan balancing his administrative responsibilities with his acting career, ensuring effective governance.

In addition, Jogaiah emphasized the urgency of tackling corruption at all levels and improving essential infrastructure across the State.

He also pointed out the need for enhanced drainage systems and access to clean drinking water, which are critical for the well-being of the populace
