A fire broke out at an industrial estate in the Lower Parel area of central Mumbai on Monday afternoon. Fortunately, no casualties were reported in the incident, according to a civic official. The blaze originated in a shop on the third floor of the Shah and Nahar industrial estate in Sun Mill compound around 1:15 pm. There are no reports of any injuries. Four fire engines and other firefighting vehicles are currently at the scene, and firefighting efforts are underway, as confirmed by another official. The Mumbai fire brigade, Mumbai police, a 108 ambulance, BEST power wing, and the local civic ward staff were all quickly mobilized to the location. The cause of the fire is not yet known, and further details are awaited.
