Vijayawada: The legal proceedings regarding the stone attack on Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy have taken a significant turn as the court has reserved its orders, with the judge expected to deliver the verdict tomorrow.
Held in the 8th Additional District Court on Monday, the case witnessed advocate Salim presenting arguments on behalf of the accused, Satish Kumar, concerning bail petitions. Salim argued that Satish Kumar is innocent and has been unjustly entangled in the case by the authorities.
During the proceedings, Salim unveiled startling revelations, accusing CM Jagan of orchestrating the stone attack for political motives. He boldly stated that this incident was a staged drama designed for personal gains, shedding light on alleged discrepancies and highlighting the unjust imprisonment of innocent individuals in previous cases.
The courtroom was abuzz with tension and anticipation as advocate Salim passionately defended the innocence of Satish Kumar, emphasising the need for justice and fair treatment under the law. Following these fervent arguments, the court reserved its orders, setting the stage for a crucial verdict to be announced on Tuesday.
