Vizag: AP State Minister Botsa Satayanarayana said that Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy still stands for the executive capital plan at Visakhapatnam. He asserted that there is no change in the Vizag executive plan. Jagan would conduct an oath-taking function in Vizag if the YSR Congress wins the elections, he said. He further said that the YSR Congress was opposing the privatisation of the Steel Plant. He demanded the NDA leaders to reveal their stand on the steel plant. He said that they would not change stands like Chandrababu Naidu.
