Directed by Kabir Khan, this sports drama is based on the life of India’s first Paralympic gold medallist, Murlikant Petkar. The film was released in theaters on June 14 and has been well received by both audiences and critics. The movie experienced a nearly 30 per cent increase over the weekend, earning Rs 8.01 crore on Sunday. With this, the total box office collection for “Chandu Champion” stands at Rs 57.76 crore. The film also features Vijay Raaz, Bhuvan Arora, Rajpal Yadav, and Bhagyashree Borse in key roles.
