Chandrababu seeks PMO intervention in APPSC scam

Amaravati: Former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu demanded that the prime minister’s office should intervene in the APPSC exams scam.

Addressing the media at his residence at Undavalli here on Friday, he said the tainted officers who were behind the scam should be punished. He further said that the lakhs of unemployed youth and their parents were worrying about the future.

The Centre should conduct a CBI inquiry and punish the officers who were behind the scam, he requested. He wondered how the office of APPSC has become the YSR Congress party office. The Deputy Collectors and DSPs who were appointed by APPSC should be recalled, he said.
