The Chacha Nehru Hospital in Shahdara received a bomb-threat email on Tuesday morning, according to the police. Immediately, the Bomb Detection Team, Bomb Disposal Squad, a team of Delhi Fire Service, and local police arrived at the children’s hospital.
A search operation is currently being conducted by the authorities.
One of the hospital’s staff members received the bomb-threat email at around 10 am and informed the police.
The premises were evacuated, and searches are underway. However, nothing has been recovered so far, the officials added.
