Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Visakhapatnam has been finalized. He will participate in a public meeting at the Engineering College grounds of Andhra University

Today in Visakhapatnam: Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Visakhapatnamon the 29th of this month. During this visit, he will lay the foundation stone for the NTPC Green Hydrogen Hub in Pudimadaka, Anakapalle district, and dedicate several railway projects and national highways to the nation. This will be the first time Prime Minister Modi is visiting the state since the formation of the NDA government in Andhra Pradesh, making this visit a priority for the state government.

Arrangements are underway to organize a massive public meeting expected to draw between 100,000 and 150,000 attendees. Visakhapatnam Collector Harendira Prasad has reviewed the preparations for the meeting and the roadshow with public representatives and senior police officials at the Collectorate on Sunday. MP Sribharat, Whip Ganababu, MLAs Palla Srinivasa Rao, Vishnu Kumar Raju, Panchakarla Rameshbabu, and others were present to discuss seating, drinking water, food, and accommodation arrangements. Given the attendance of Governor Justice Abdul Nazeer, Chief Minister Chandrababu, ministers, and other public representatives, special arrangements are being made to accommodate them.

People have high hopes for the Prime Minister's visit, particularly anticipating an announcement regarding a package for the steel plant, and are curious about the benefits he will bring to the state.

Prime Minister Modi will arrive at INS Dega by air at 3:40 PM on the 29th. From there, he will travel to the assembly hall either by road or air. If he chooses to travel by road, he will pass through Convent Junction, Railway Station, Siripuram Junction, and SP Bangla Road to reach the assembly hall. There is also the possibility of organizing a roadshow from Tycoon Junction to SP Bangla. Various project foundation stone ceremonies and inaugurations are scheduled between 4:45 and 5:00 PM. After speeches from the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Ministers, the Prime Minister will address the public from 5:25 to 5:45 PM before returning to the airport. However, there are concerns that the weather may pose challenges for this gathering, as there is a possibility of heavy rain that day.
