Manchu Manoj files complaint against Mohan Babu

The long-standing differences within the Manchu family have once again come to light, with the latest conflict escalating into a police complaint. Manchu Manoj, the younger son of veteran actor Mohan Babu, has alleged that his father attacked him and his wife, Bhuma Mounika.

According to reports, Manoj approached the police and showed evidence of injuries sustained during the alleged altercation. In a counter-complaint, Mohan Babu claimed that he was the one attacked first. The police are investigating the matter, with sources indicating that property disputes could be at the heart of the ongoing family feud.

This isn’t the first time the Manchu family's internal rift has surfaced in public. In 2023, the strained relationship between Manoj and his half-brother Vishnu made headlines after a video of a heated exchange went viral.

The footage reportedly showed Vishnu forcing his way into Manoj’s house, leading to a physical altercation involving Manoj's family and relatives. The friction intensified when Manoj married Bhuma Mounika Reddy the same year.

Vishnu allegedly disapproved of the marriage and chose not to attend the ceremony, which was a low-key affair attended by close family. Despite efforts by their sister, Lakshmi Manchu, to mediate, the disagreements remained unresolved. The brothers are half-siblings, with Vishnu and Lakshmi being the children of Mohan Babu's first wife, Vidyadevi, and Manoj being the son of his second wife, Nirmala Devi.
