AP Fibernet to remove 410 employees
AP Fibernet chairman GV Reddy has announced that the company will be removing 410 employees due to “illegal appointments”
AP Fibernet chairman GV Reddy has announced that the company will be removing 410 employees due to “illegal appointments” made during the previous YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) regime. According to Reddy, these appointments were made based on recommendations from YSRCP leaders, and many were not required for the organization's operations.
Reddy stated that some of the appointed individuals, including cooks and drivers, were hired as Fibernet employees but were later found to be working in the homes of YSRCP leaders, receiving salaries for work unrelated to their official roles.
The chairman emphasized that employees without formal appointment letters would be removed, and the focus would be on ensuring that only qualified and necessary personnel remain with the organization.
