Brigade Enterprises, a realty firm, announced on Wednesday that it will be developing a residential project in Bengaluru with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 1,100 crore. The company revealed its plans in a regulatory filing, stating that it will be engaging in a joint development residential project in West Bangalore’s Tumkur Road.
Many real estate developers are increasingly partnering with landowners to collaborate on projects as part of their efforts to expand their business in response to strong demand. The project, spanning 8 acres, is expected to have a total development area of about 1.2 million square feet and an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of about Rs 1,100 crore.
