New Delhi: The Rouse Avenue Court received statements from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Monday, indicating that BRS leader K Kavitha did not cooperate during custody and provided evasive replies contrary to the evidence on record. The Rouse Avenue Court, presided over by Special Judge Kaveri Baweja, decided to send K Kavitha to judicial custody until April 23, based on the CBI’s stance against further custodial remand.
