Vijayashanti ‘s comment on AP-TG CMs meeting raises questions

Amaravati: July 9:Popular actress and former MP Vijayashati’s comment in her ‘X’ account on the recent meeting of N Chandrababu Naidu and A Revanth Reddy to solve the post-bifurcation issues, raised many questions.

Actress Vijayashanti’s reaction, close to a warning, raised many eyebrows including her fans in Andhra Pradesh. She said the meeting was a political benefit for TDP and NDA partners.
The meeting was held to discuss the whopping Rs. 1.42 lakh joint assets which were not distributed even after the 10-year stipulated period which ended recently.
Besides, the deposits of thousands of crores are in the joint bank accounts, apart from the debts.

The two State governments have a compulsion to solve these issues as they face funds crunch owing to the financial indiscipline of the respective previous governments.
The State governments are not in a position to pay even salaries to the employees.

Based on the ground realities, the State of Andhra Pradesh initiated the dialogue to resolve the issues with Telangana when it lost Hyderabad as joint capital status. As per the Constitution of India, the legislative administrative bodies of the State governments should respect the AP Reorganization Act.

Moreover, the actress should explain why both the States need not follow the AP Reorganisation Act while she should not forget that Telangana became a reality only owing to the implementation of the Act.  

She is of the opinion that the TDP has a strong vote bank in Khammam, Nalgonda, Ranga Reddy, Hyderabad, Mahabubnagar, and Nizamabad districts in Telangana.
It is an open secret that the Congress party won the elections with the support of the sympathizers of TDP.  It is reminded that the TDP party was born in Hyderabad city and still, it has the party leadership and a spacious central office there.  

The BJP already proved its strength with 8 Lok Sabha seats in the recent elections in Telangana. Once the elections are over, the elected government functionaries should follow the constitution as a fundamental principle instead of political gains.

If some immature politicians and amateur analysts rake up her  comments; it would be a serious problem for both the States.

The actor should not forget the Telugu people across the world liked her as their favourite actor. Moreover, the actress should not forget that any Chief Minister of the Congress party cannot make independent decisions without the consent of the party’s high command in New Delhi.
