Big shock for TDP.. Former MLA resigns

The chief of Telugu Desam Party (TDP), Chandrababu Naidu, who is keen on winning the upcoming two elections in Andhra Pradesh, has received a major setback. The in-charge of the Visakha TDP Southern Constituency, Gandi Babji, has resigned from his post. Babji had expected to be given the MLA ticket for Pendurthi constituency in the second list of candidates announced by the TDP. However, he was left disappointed when the ticket was given to Janasena as part of their alliance, with Vamsikrishna Yadav announced as the candidate for Visakha South. Panchkarla Ramesh Babu was given the Pendurthi ticket. Gandi Babji had hoped to secure the Madugala ticket but it was given to NRI Paila Prasad by the TDP high command. Consequently, Babji has expressed his disappointment and stated that he will announce his future course of action soon.
