AP High Court denies anticipatory bail to Pinneli Ramakrishna Reddy

 The Andhra Pradesh High Court has ruled against granting anticipatory bail to former YSR Congress Party MLA Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy in a case involving the alleged destruction of Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs) during the state Assembly elections. The court dismissed all four anticipatory bail petitions filed by Pinnelli, who sought protection from arrest. Advocate N Ashwinikumar, representing the police as special counsel, argued against granting bail during the proceedings. On the other side, advocate Posani Venkateshwarlu appeared for the complainant, Namburi Seshagiri Rao, presenting the case against Pinnelli Ramakrishna Reddy.
