Justics for ABV: The Andhra Pradesh State government is unwilling to give a posting for senior IPS officer AB Venkateswara Rao though the CAT revoked his suspension. The State government challenged the order again in the High Court on Tuesday. After sending the copy of the CAT order to the Chief Secretary which claimed salaries and posting to AB Venkateswara Rao , the Chief Secretary forwarded the file to Chief Minister Jagan. Upon CM Jagan’s orders, it was decided to challenge the CAT verdict in the High Court. An appeal was filed in the vacation bench of the High Court on Tuesday, and the case will be heard on Thursday.
