After the NDA government came to power in Andhra Pradesh, it has been decided that IAS and IPS officers will not be displaced. However, there have been a large number of recent transfers of IPS officers. Additionally, the government has issued orders for the transfer of some IAS and JCs.

The government has appointed PS Girisha as the Sports Authority MD, S. Bhargavi as the Director of the Tribal Welfare Department, K. Dinesh Kur as the Fiber Net MD, Ananth Shankar as the Joint Secretary of the Planning Department, and P. Srinivas as the Guntur Corporation Commissioner.

In addition to the IAS officers, JCs have also been transferred in many districts: B.Navya to Kurnool district, Haritha to Anantapur, Chinna Rayudu to East Godavari, Rahul Kumar Reddy to West Godavari, Sedu Madhavan to Vijayanagar, and Karthik to Nellore.
