Raghurama: I was brutally tortured and nearly killed.

Raghurama Krishnam Raju, the current Deputy Speaker of the Andhra Pradesh Assembly, has experienced a setback in the Supreme Court regarding

has experienced a setback in the Supreme Court regarding the custodial torture case involving former Additional SP of CID, Vijaypal. The Supreme Court has dismissed Vijaypal's petition seeking bail following the registration of an FIR against him. 

Reacting to the Supreme Court's ruling, Raghurama Krishnam Raju stated that he was brutally tortured and fought for his life. He mentioned that there are reports from the military hospital that serve as evidence of his ordeal. Raghurama believes that justice will ultimately prevail and expressed confidence that those involved in his custodial torture case will soon face the consequences.
