 Telugu Desam Party leader Komma Reddy Pattabhi Ram was sworn in as the chairman of Swachh Andhra Corporation in a grand ceremony held at Tummalapalli Kala Kshetra in Vijayawada. The event witnessed the presence of several dignitaries, including MP Keshineni Shivanath and MLA Bonda Umamaheswara Rao, who were the chief guests.
 
During the ceremony, MP Keshineni Shivanath lauded Pattabhi Ram for his relentless dedication to public service and his role in the NDA alliance's success. He highlighted Pattabhi Ram's courage in standing firm against challenges posed by opposition parties over the years. “Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has entrusted the significant responsibility of keeping the State clean to Komma Reddy Pattabhi Ram.
 
His leadership in implementing the Swachh Bharat Mission will be instrumental in achieving 100 percent sanitation across villages and towns,” said Shivanath. He also emphasized the need for collective efforts to realize the vision of a clean Andhra Pradesh and a cleaner India. The MP assured his support to secure central funds for the corporation, reinforcing his commitment to the Swachh Andhra initiative.
 
Ministers Kollu Ravindra and Kondapalli Srinivasa Rao, MLAs Gadde Rammohan Rao and Bonda Umamaheswara Rao, MLC Ashok Babu, and former MLC Buddha Venkanna, extended their congratulations to Pattabhi Ram on his appointment.
