Civil Supplies minister Nadendla Manohar held an impromptu meeting with tribal residents in Minumuluru, Paderu mandal, under the shade of a tree due to the lack of proper arrangements. During the visit to the local secretariat, the minister personally interacted with the villagers to understand their issues.
The tribals voiced concerns about the lack of basic infrastructure, including inadequate drinking water, poor road conditions, and limited employment opportunities outside the coffee plantations. They also emphasized the need for more jobs under the Employment Guarantee Scheme and asked for better access to government schemes. Additionally, they requested the provision of ration and essentials through the DR depot.
The villagers also expressed their desire for the development of their village as a tourist center. Minister Manohar responded positively to their requests and assured that the government would take appropriate steps to address the concerns and improve the village's infrastructure and opportunities.
