A devotee wearing five kilograms of gold ornaments attracted significant attention during his visit to the renowned Tirumala Sri Venkateswara Temple. The unique spectacle caused a stir among pilgrims on the hilltop, who gathered to catch a glimpse of the devotee.

The devotee was identified as Konda Vijay Kumar, the Joint Secretary of the Telangana Olympic Association and a resident of Hyderabad. Vijay Kumar, known for his deep devotion to Lord Venkateswara, is a frequent visitor to the Tirumala temple.

Speaking on the occasion, Vijay Kumar stated that his affinity for gold inspired him to commission the elaborate ornaments he wore during the visit. He emphasized that wearing these ornaments was a personal expression of his devotion and faith in the deity.
