On Wednesday, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy launched several eco-tourism projects developed by the Telangana State Forest Development Corporation (TGFDC) at the Kothaguda Kotla Vijayabhaskar Reddy Botanical Garden in Hi-Tech City. During the event, he inaugurated a 108-acre tree introduction field featuring 75 theme parks and a virtual wildlife safari. Along with Forest Minister Konda Surekha and MLA Gandhi, the Chief Minister also laid the foundation stone for the TGLDC office building.
The Kothaguda, Palvancha, and Sathupalli Divisional Manager Office Complexes were inaugurated virtually. Additionally, eight new vehicles purchased by TGLDC for plantation management were flagged off. A photo exhibition showcasing the development works undertaken by TGLDC was held earlier in the day.
Later, the Chief Minister toured the theme parks within the tree introduction field in an electric vehicle. He was greeted by children from various schools, who welcomed him with flowers. The Chief Minister took a moment to engage in a lighthearted conversation with them. The event also saw the participation of Mayor Gadwala Vijayalakshmi, Forest Development Corporation Chairman Podem Veeraiah, and TGFDC Managing Director Chandrasekhar Reddy, among others.
