Babu And Pawan On The Way To Maharashtra: Here’s Why

AP CM Chandrababu and Deputy CMhave quickly become integral and decisive members of the NDA alliance not just in AP, but also at the national level. The same can be understood if we look at the fact that CM Babu and Pawan are now being used by the NDA for their poll campaign in Maharashtra.

Ahead of the Maharashtra polls which are scheduled for 20 November, Chandrababu and Pawan are set to campaign for NDA candidates there.

As per the latest communication, CM Chandrababu Naidu will campaign in Maharashtra today, and tomorrow – 16 and 17 November in areas of Thane, Bhiwandi, and Worli, and will also address a press meet.

Pawan Kalyan is also on his way to Maharashtra today and he too will campaign for the NDA candidates locally.

Both Babu and Pawan are strategically used by BJP to attract the Telugu community voters in Maharashtra. This is why their poll routemap has been prepared to touch areas in Maharashtra that have a high Telugu population.

The calculation behind this for the NDA could be that Babu and Pawan attained 90% success rate in AP elections, meaning they have the outright support of the the Telugu folk. So, their tours in Maharashtra could certainly be of great help for NDA locally.

Maharashtra polls are on 20th November and the results will be announced on the 23rd of the same month.
